Folgende Hauptleistungen sind im Zuge des Bauvertrages vom Auftragnehmer (AN) auszuführen: 1. Lieferung USHV Die Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Dokumentation einer neuen USV-Hauptverteilung ist Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung und wird im Rahmen der Grundinstandsetzung der Beleuchtung des Elbtunnels, Röhren 1 bis 4 gemäß Bauzeitenplan ausgeführt werden müssen. Die USV-Hauptverteilung dient der gesicherten Versorgung der sicherheits- und betriebsrelevanten Beleuchtungsanlagen im Bereich der Tunnelröhren sowie der zugehörigen Betriebs- und Lüfterbauwerke. Die Anlage ist so auszuführen, dass die geforderte Versorgungssicherheit, Verfügbarkeit und Betriebsfähigkeit der Beleuchtungsanlage während und nach Abschluss der Baumaßnahme gewährleistet ist. Die Leistung umfasst insbesondere die werk- und montageplanungsgerechte Herstellung und Zwischenlagerung beim Auftragnehmer bis zum Einbau. Lieferung, Aufstellung, den Anschluss sowie die betriebsfertige Inbetriebnahme der USV-Hauptverteilung einschließlich aller hierfür erforderlichen Nebenleistungen, Befestigungen, Verdrahtungen, Beschriftungen, Prüfungen und Dokumentationen. Der Bieter legt seinem Angebot einen Bauablaufplan (Angebotsterminplan) vor, der die Vertragsfristen und den Rahmenterminplan des Auftraggebers berücksichtigt. 2. Wartungsvertrag Der Leistungsumfang umfasst zudem einen Wartungsvertrag mit einer Laufzeit bis 31.12.2033 ab betriebsfertiger Inbetriebnahme und Endabnahme der Gesamtanlage. Die Wartung ist nach den Vorgaben des Wartungsvertrages sowie den anerkannten Regeln der Technik durchzuführen und hat insbesondere regelmäßige Inspektionen, Funktionsprüfungen, vorbeugende Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen sowie die Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen zu beinhalten. Ziel ist die dauerhafte Betriebsbereitschaft, Verfügbarkeit und Sicherheit der USV-Hauptverteilung während der Vertragslaufzeit. Es ist beabsichtigt, mit Zuschlagserteilung jeweils einen Vertrag für die Leistungsteile 1 und 2 zu schließen. Für die Leistungserbringung gilt die EU-VOB, wenn nichts abweichend geregelt ist.
