Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist die Lieferung und Montage einer neuen Containerportalkrananlage für das Contargo-Rhein-Waal-Lippe Terminal in Emmerich am Rhein. Die Anlage ersetzt einen bestehenden, verschlissenen Kran und soll den trimodalen Umschlag von Containern zwischen Binnenschiff, Lagerbereich, LKW und Zug gewährleisten. Die Krananlage muss für den Umschlag von 20', 30', 40', 45' ISO- und High-Cube-Containern geeignet sein und soll als Einträgerbrückenkran ausgeführt werden. Die technische Ausführung umfasst eine Fahrbahnlänge von ca. 260 m, eine Spurweite von 48.250 mm sowie eine Tragfähigkeit von 50.000 kg am Hubwerk und 36.000 kg unter Spreader. Die Umschlagleistung beträgt mindestens 27 Umschläge pro Stunde im 3-Schicht-Betrieb. Die Kranbahn wurde bereits saniert und mit einer neuen Kranschiene AS86 ausgestattet. Die Anlage muss den aktuellen Sicherheits- und Lärmschutzanforderungen entsprechen und für eine Betriebsdauer von mindestens 25 Jahren ausgelegt sein. Ein Twinbetrieb ist nicht vorgesehen.
