Original language: GermanDie ESTW beabsichtigen die Vergabe zur Lieferung von Solobussen mit batterieelektrischem Antrieb sowie die Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft dieser Fahrzeuge über den gesamten Vertragszeitraum. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung von insgesamt 5 Solobussen mit batterieelektrischem Antrieb sowie die Durchführung von Service- und Instandhaltungsleistungen für einen Zeitraum von 5 Jahren ab Endabnahme, mit der Option zur Verlängerung um weitere 3 Jahre. Dies umfasst folgende Leistungen: • Lieferung von 5 straßenzugelassenen, technisch ausgereiften und normgerechten Solobussen mit batterieelektrischem Antrieb, • Sicherstellung der vollständigen Betriebs- und Einsatzfähigkeit der Fahrzeuge im täglichen Linienbetrieb, • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Service- und Instandhaltungsleistungen zur Gewährleistung der technischen Verfügbarkeit und Betriebssicherheit, • Durchführung von Inspektionen, regelmäßigen Prüfungen sowie vorbeugender Instandhaltung gemäß Herstellervorgaben und gesetzlichen Anforderungen, • Fehlerdiagnose, Störungsbeseitigung sowie Durchführung notwendiger Reparaturen einschließlich Ersatzteilversorgung, • Bereitstellung eines geeigneten Werkstatt- und Servicekonzeptes inkl. Reaktionszeiten und Verfügbarkeitsgarantien, • Dokumentation aller Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen in geeigneter Form (digital und/oder analog), • Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten Ersatzteilverfügbarkeit über den gesamten Vertragszeitraum, • Schulung des Personals der ESTW im Umgang mit den Fahrzeugen sowie in grundlegenden Bedien- und Wartungstätigkeiten, • Bereitstellung technischer Dokumentationen sowie gegebenenfalls eines digitalen Zugangs zu fahrzeugbezogenen Daten und Serviceinformationen, • Berücksichtigung ökologischer und nachhaltiger Aspekte hinsichtlich Energieeffizienz, Ressourcenschonung und Lebenszyklus der Fahrzeuge und Komponenten.
