Framework agreement for the delivery of ballistic multi-component collars VPAM 3 for the Bavarian Police

The subject of this contract is a framework agreement for the supply of ballistic multi-component collars VPAM 3 to the Bavarian Police. The ballistic multi-component collar is intended to be worn as an extension of the protective area in combination with the existing plate carrier and must therefore be compatible with it without impairing its functions and the operational readiness of the carriers. In addition to extending the protective area, this collar is intended to provide significant pressure relief in the shoulder area. Detailed information can be found in the tender documents. The binding acceptance quantity (minimum acceptance quantity) in 2026 is 685 units. In the first year of the contract, an estimated total requirement of 10 units can be assumed. In the second year of the contract, an estimated total requirement of 50 units can be assumed. In the third year of the contract, an estimated total requirement of 45 units can be assumed. In the fourth year of the contract, an estimated total requirement of 45 units can be assumed. There is no entitlement to accept a specific quantity beyond the stated binding minimum acceptance quantity (685 units). As this is a framework agreement, the non-binding acceptance quantities may be exceeded or undershot during the contract term. A maximum acceptance quantity of 1,000 ballistic multi-component collars is agreed for the entire contract period, including all contract extensions. This includes an additional reserve in addition to the stated binding and non-binding acceptance quantities.
