Der feuerwehrtechnische Aufbau muss als geschlossener Kofferaufbau ausgeführt werden, mit Zugang über eine Ladebordwand am Fahrzeugheck. Die Nutzlast der Ladebordwand muss min. 1.500kg, bei einem Lastabstand von 1000mm, betragen. Im Aufbau ist eine Stehhöhe von mindestens 1.900mm zu gewährleisten. Die Größe der Ladefläche ist so auszulegen, dass sie Platz für 9 Rollwagen oder 9 Euro-Paletten ( jeweils 1.200x800 mm)bietet. Hierbei ist ein Regal an der Stirnseite von mindestens 500 mm Tiefe mit zu berücksichtigen, sowie eine Lagerung für eine Multifunktionsleiter. Die Aufbaulänge ist so auszulegen, dass die Fahrzeuglänge von 8.350 mm nicht überschritten wird. Das System zur Ladungssicherung muss nach VDI 2700ff zertifiziert sein.
