Ausschreibungsgegenstand ist die Vergabe eines Rahmenvertrags für die Bereitstellung von Headsets und die damit verbundenen Dienstleistungen für die Stadt Mannheim. Der Hardware-Aspekt der Headset-Ausschreibung teilt sich in mehrere Hardware-Klassen auf: Standard-Modell (ca. 6.600), Modell für lärmintensive Arbeitsumgebungen (ca. 400), ein bügelloses Modell (ca. 200), ein Modell für Besprechungen in Form eines für die lokale Teilnahme an Konferenzen ausgelegten Lautsprechers mit integriertem Mikrofon (ca. 200) und ein Modell, welches sowohl für die Nutzung am Computer, als auch für die Verwendung an Telefonapparaten ausgelegt ist (ca. 600).
