Lieferung von Tinte und Toner (Original- und Rebuilt-Produkte) für Arbeitsplatzdrucker, Faxgeräte und Plotter. Das Verbrauchsmaterial dieser Ausschreibung betrifft keine Neugeräte. Neugeräte werden über Dataport beschafft. Dataport stellt für die dort aktuell bezogenen Neugeräte auch die Versorgung mit Verbrauchsmaterial sicher. Für alle übrigen Geräte wird die Versorgung mit Tinte und Toner mittels dieser Ausschreibung sichergestellt. Die Rechnungen sind direkt vom Auftragnehmer zu erstellen und an die Bedarfsträger zu senden. Die Rücknahme leerer Kartuschen und deren ökologisch verträgliche Entsorgung sind zu gewährleisten. Mit dem Angebot sind Artikeldatenblätter vorzulegen. Ausgeschrieben werden: - OEM-Ware, d. h. Tonerkartuschen und Tintenpatronen, die original vom Druckerhersteller sind sowie - professionell wiederaufbereitete OEM-Toner und Tinten, d. h. Rebuilt-Produkte, deren Ver-schleißteile ersetzt und die Kartuschen neu aufgebaut wurden, jedoch keine Refill-/Newbuild-Produkte. Die wiederaufbereiteten Tonerprodukte müssen die DE-UZ 177 erfüllen und die RAL-UZ 55 ist nachzuweisen. Der AN liefert auf Basis dieser Rahmenvereinbarung den Bedarfsträgern auf deren Bestellung/Abruf hin die im Leistungsverzeichnis aufgeführten Artikel. Der AN ist verpflichtet, innerhalb der Rahmenvereinbarung die Bedarfsträger bei der Auswahl der Artikel nach deren Bedürfnissen sowie nach wirtschaftlichen Aspekten beratend zu unterstützen.
