Original language: SpanishEl objeto del contrato es la realización de las actuaciones necesarias para la limpieza de las redes de saneamiento (Grandes Colectores) y sus elementos asociados, gestionados por EMASESA. La prestación implica la extracción de lodos, tierras y cualquier elemento que impida el correcto funcionamiento de los colectores, garantizando la capacidad hidráulica y la reducción de la carga contaminante de los vertidos, especialmente en episodios de lluvia. El contrato incorpora de forma destacada obligaciones medioambientales, como la gestión responsable de todos los residuos generados, el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de residuos y suelos contaminados, la prevención de vertidos incontrolados y la protección del entorno natural (fauna, arbolado, suelo y agua), así como la reducción de emisiones y el consumo eficiente de recursos. Además, se establecen medidas de seguridad y salud laboral para la ejecución de los trabajos en espacios confinados y se promueve la vigilancia ambiental y la restauración del entorno tras la finalización de los trabajos, en línea con los principios de sostenibilidad y economía circular.
