Besondere Leistungen der jeweiligen Leistungsbilder): a) Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerk i. S. d. § 41 HOAI mit Anlage 12 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 2 - 8; b) Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung i. S. d. § 55 HOAI i.V.m. 15.1 HOAI, Anlagengruppen gem. § 53 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 - 8 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 2 - 8; c) Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung i. S. d. § 51 HOAI i.V.m. 14.1 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 2 - 6; d) Sicherheits- und Gesundheitskoordination (SiGeKo); e) Brandschutzkonzept für das neu zu errichtende Einlaufgebäude; f) Explosionsschutzkonzept für das neu zu errichtende Einlaufgebäude; g) Betriebs- und Gefährdungsanweisung für das neu zu errichtende Einlaufgebäude und Sandfang Die Leistungen werden stufenweise beauftragt. Voraussichtlich werden die Leistungen in die folgenden Stufen aufgeteilt - Stufe 1: Leistungsphasen 2 - 4, - Stufe 2: Leistungsphasen 5 - 8. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Übertragung aller Leistungen besteht nicht. Die Bearbeitung der HOAI-Leistungsphasen 2 bis 4 muss bis zum 31.06.2028 abgeschlossen sein (Vertragstermin).
