Perkančioji organizacija numato įsigyti kitų transporto statinių paskirties - kiti inžineriniai statiniai ir susiekimo komunikacijų statinių paskirties - gatvių grupės statinių nuo Raudondvario pl. iki Baltijos g., Linkuvos aplinkkelio statybos ir rekonstravimo priešprojektinių pasiūlymų, projektinių pasiūlymų, techninio darbo projekto parengimo ir projekto vykdymo priežiūros paslaugas. Perkamų paslaugų apimtys ir reikalavimai nurodyti Sutarties projekte - specialiųjų pirkimo sąlygų 7 priede ir jos prieduose (įskaitant techninę specifikaciją (techninę užduotį).
