Stage 2 involves lipidomic (non-targeted) analysis with quantitative determination for all detectable molecular forms within the following lipid fractions: Phosphatidic acid (PA) and its derivatives, Phosphatidylcholines (PC) and their derivatives, Phosphatidylethanolamines (PE) and their derivatives, and Phosphatidylglycerols (PG) and their derivatives.

A minták a szerződés hatálya alatt ütemezetten, a kísérletek előrehaladásának függvényében 3 alkalommal kerülnek átadásra az eljárást megindító felhívás II.2.3. pontja szerinti teljesítési helyen (7400 Kaposvár, Guba Sándor u. 40.). Az első mintaátadáskor 50, a második mintaátadáskor 50, a harmadik mintaátadáskor a fennmaradó 55 fagyasztott biológiai minta átadására kerül sor (összes mintaszám = 155). Az első mintaátadás legkorábbi időpontja a szerződéskötést követő 10. naptári nap. A harmadik (utolsó) mintaátadás legkésőbbi időpontja 2025. november 3. napja. A mintaátadás időpontját ajánlatkérő mindhárom mintaátadás esetében előzetesen, írásban, 10 naptári nappal korábban megjelöli. Az eredmények átadásának határideje: a minták átadásától számított 84 naptári nap azzal, hogy ajánlatkérő előteljesítést minden részteljesítés esetén elfogad. Az ajánlati ár tartalmazza az analitikai munka, a mintánkénti eredmény, valamint az eredmények elektronikus úton való átadásának és a minták elszállításának ellenértékét. A fagyasztott állati szövetmintákból (maximum 1 g) első lépésben teljes lipidtartalom kivonás, majd pedig az 1. és 2. szakaszok megvalósítása követelmény: 1. szakasz: minden egyes biológiai mintából az alábbi lipidfrakciók mennyiségi (targeted analysis) meghatározása: - Szfingozin, - Szfinganin, - Szfingozin-1-foszfát - Szfinganin-1-foszfát. - Szabad ceramid - Szabad koleszterin 2. szakasz: lipidomikai (non targeted) analízis az alább felsorolt minden lipidfrakció esetében (a detektálható molekuláris formák összességére vonatkozóan), mennyiségi meghatározással: - PA – foszfatidsav és származékai - PC – foszfatidil-kolinok és származékaik - PE – foszfatidil-etanolaminok és származékaik - PG – foszfatidil-glicerinek és származékaik - PI – foszfatidil-inozitolok és származékaik - PS – foszfatidil-szerinek és származékaik - MAG – monogliceridek - DAG – digliceridek - TAG – triagliceridek - SM – szfingomielinek - CE – koleszterin-észterek - CER – ceramidok - LacCer – lactosylceramidok - HEXCER – hexosylceramidok - CL – kardiolipinek; - NEFA – nem észterezett zsírsavak.
