UNICEF invites qualified and eligible vendors to submit bids for the establishment of a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the supply and delivery of water treatment products, including but not limited to Calcium Hypochlorite (HTH), Water Purification Tablets (NaDCC), SaWa Bags, and SaWa Flex units.
The objective of this LTA is to ensure a reliable, timely, and cost-effective supply of quality water
treatment solutions to support ongoing programmes and emergency responses.
The agreement will
enable UNICEF to procure goods on an as-needed basis over the contract period under pre-agreed
terms and conditions.
The LTA shall be established for an initial period of three (3) years, with the possibility of extension for an additional two (2) years, subject to satisfactory supplier performance, continued operational need, and mutual agreement between the parties.
This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system.
