Le coordonnateur du groupement de commande est Métropole NCA qui attribue, signe et notifie. Les membres du groupement sont les suivants : Métropole NCA, Eau d'Azur et Ville de Nice. Répartition financière : Montant minimum annuel : VDN : 0 Euros H.T / Eau d'Azur : 0 Euros H.T / NCA : 10 000 Euros H.T Montant maximum annuel : VDN : 250 000 Euros H.T / Eau d'Azur : 1 000 000 Euros H.T / NCA : 4 750 000 Euros H.T Durée (hors reconduction) : 12 mois Nombre de reconductions éventuelles : 3 Début du marché : À la notification du contrat. Le délai d'exécution de chaque prestation est indiqué dans le bon de commande ou le cas échéant dans le C.C.T.P. La période de préparation sera indiquée le cas échéant dans chaque bon de commandes. Le soumissionnaire aura la possibilité de présenter une offre pour un ou plusieurs lot(s). Pour cet accord cadre, le nombre maximal de lots pouvant être attribué à un même soumissionnaire est d'un (1) lot. L'ordre de dévolution est le suivant : 1/ Lot 1 - Littoral 2/ Lot 2 - Montagne A l'issue de l'analyse et du classement des offres : le soumissionnaire classé premier sur le lot 1 sera retenu sur le lot 1 le soumissionnaire classé premier sur le lot 2 sera retenu sur le lot 2. Dans l'hypothèse, où il serait également classé premier sur le lot 1, c'est le soumissionnaire classé deuxième qui sera retenu sur le lot 2
