Original language: svEkerö kommun avser att upphandla en leverantörer som kan leverera ett brett sortiment av livsmedel i konsumentförpackningar till mindre enheter och verksamheter i kommunen samt enheter och verksamheter med svårigheter att ta emot leveranser från övriga upphandlade leverantörer av livsmedel. Upphandlingen avser inköp från leverantörs webbutik med konsumentförpackade livsmedel som levereras till beställare förpackade i påsar, kartonger eller dylikt. Ekerö kommun ha idag ramavtal för kolonialvaror samt avtal om färska livsmedel som kött, fisk, frukt och grönsaker. Denna upphandling är ett komplement till övriga avtal. Med anledning av synergieffekter, behovet av samordnade leveranser samt lägre administrativa kostnader har upphandlingen inte delats upp i flera delar. Avtalstid Avtal avses att tecknas med en (1) leverantör. Avtalstiden är två (2) år med option på förlängning ett (1) plus ett (1) år. Värde Upphandlingens uppskattade värde är 10 000 000 kr för hela avtalsperioden. Takvolymen för avtalet är 14 000 000 kr. Tidplan Ekerö kommun planerar att tilldela upphandlingen i mitten av januari 2026 och har som målsättning att avtal skall tecknas i början av februari 2026.
