Objeto del contrato: L’objecte d’aquesta licitació és l’execució de les obres contemplades en la ““Projecte per a la formació d’un aparcament a la finca de Can Pàmies al nucli de Gelida”, redactat per l’arquitecte Lourdes Mena Sanmartí, núm. col·legiat 67841-4, aprovada inicialment per Junta de Govern local en data 30 d’abril de 2026. Publicat al BOP de Barcelona núm. CVE 202610086593 de data 08/05/2026, al DOGC núm. 9663 de data 12/05/2026 i al tauler d’anuncis de l’Ajuntament. El projecte inclou la intervenció a la part nord-oest de la finca de Can Pàmies, amb la formació d’un aparcament amb accés des de l’avinguda Europa. Bàsicament, té com a objectiu resoldre la necessitat d’estacionament dels usuaris del municipi, derivada de l’orografia del municipi i de la manca de bosses d’aparcament. La proposta preveu un total de 82 places d’aparcament, de les quals 4 estan destinades a persones amb mobilitat reduïda. L’aparcament disposa d’una entrada i una sortida situades a la mateixa avinguda, fet que comporta la necessitat de reconfigurar aquest tram per tal de condicionar l’accés a la finca. El vial interior de l’aparcament es planteja amb un únic sentit de circulació i s’adapta a l’orografia del terreny, organitzant-se bàsicament en dues plataformes: una situada entre les cotes 164,28 i la 166,24 i l’altra plataforma va des de la cota 168,37 fins a la 165,92. La superfície total de l’àmbit és de 4.400,35 m², dels quals 1.403,56 m² corresponen a vial, 1.070,90 m² a aparcament i 1.926,89 m² a zones enjardinades i talussos. Els treballs a realitzar queden detallats en la memòria valorada i el seu plec de prescripcions tècniques (PPTP), i s’afegiran les que hagi ofert l’adjudicatari a la seva proposta de licitació, sempre d’acord amb la legislació que sigui d’aplicació. En el mencionat PPTP s’hi exposen, també, les condicions i les especificacions de les principals prestacions a realitzar.
