El projecte haurà de definir de manera completa, coordinada i suficient les obres, justificar el compliment de la normativa aplicable i permetre la seva supervisió, aprovació administrativa i posterior licitació pública. El programa de referència preveu 12 habitatges tutelats. Aquesta capacitat s’haurà de contrastar amb el programa funcional de Serveis Socials, la normativa sectorial aplicable, les condicions de l’edifici existent i les exigències d’accessibilitat, evacuació, salubritat i habitabilitat.
