O presente procedimento tem por finalidade a realização de Chamamento Público para prospecção do mercado imobiliário no Município de Jordão/AC, visando subsidiar futura contratação de locação de imóvel destinado ao funcionamento do Polo Base Jordão, no âmbito do Distrito Sanitário Especial Indígena Alto Rio Juruá – DSEI/ARJ. Considerando que o Sistema Compras.gov.br não dispõe de funcionalidade específica para divulgação de Chamamento Público destinado à prospecção imobiliária, utiliza-se o módulo de Credenciamento exclusivamente para fins de publicação do edital no Portal Nacional de Contratações Públicas – PNCP. Esclarece-se que a presente divulgação não caracteriza procedimento de credenciamento para contratação, permanecendo a futura contratação sujeita à inexigibilidade de licitação, nos termos do art. 74, inciso V, da Lei nº 14.133/2021, após a conclusão do Chamamento Público, da avaliação técnica do imóvel e da comprovação de sua adequação e vantajosidade para a Administração.
