As part of UNDP’s commitment to strengthening accessible, accountable, and gender-responsive governance systems, the consultant will be responsible for developing practical, evidence-based tools to foster peace and social cohesion. The consultant will develop a new Community Dialogue Manual and revise the existing Civic Education Manual, working to strengthen trust, peacebuilding, and active citizenship between communities and state institutions in support of the UNs Sustainable Development Goals.Country of Assignment - Timor-LestePeriod of assignment/services Approximately 20 working days within a period of 3 monthsProposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
