Original language: Frenchle marché est reconductible. La durée du marché est de 1 an à compter de sa date de notification. Il est ensuite renouvelable par tacite reconduction sans que sa durée ne dépasse 5 ans. Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire. Le marché est à prix unitaires et avec des quantités maximales annuelles (en heure et en unité). Les prestations du marché sont définies et quantifiées ci-après. Les quantités maximales prévues par prestation durant chaque période annuelle de validité du marché sont définies comme suit : -deux sessions de formation théorique au sol + vols de lâcher au profit des équipages instructeurs EPNER par un pilote du titulaire ; -trois sessions de vol de relâcher par un pilote du titulaire; -la location sans équipage, sur le site d'Istres de DGA EV, d'un avion de type biréacteur certifié EASA CS25 (60 heures); -la prise en compte par le titulaire de tout l'aspect réglementaire associé à l'utilisation de l'avion au profit de l'EPNER; -la mise à disposition de la documentation pilote en français ou en anglais; -la mise à disposition de la documentation réglementaire de l'avion et celle relative à la configuration de l'avion au moment des prestations; -le convoyage de l'aéronef par le titulaire vers le site de DGA EV Istres (12 convoyages); -la maintenance et le dépannage de l'aéronef durant la période de location de l'aéronef (5 jours).
