La présente consultation a pour objet la location, la mise à disposition, le réassort quotidien ainsi que la maintenance de réfrigérateurs connectés avec système monétique, accessibles via une application mobile ou une carte professionnelle dotée de la technologie MIFARE, destinés à la restauration collective des agents du Département du Val-de-Marne. Cette prestation constitue une offre de restauration complémentaire aux 4 restaurants administratifs disponibles pour le personnel départemental. À ce jour, les agents départementaux ont accès à six réfrigérateurs connectés répartis sur deux sites centraux situés à Créteil : le bâtiment Solidarités et l'Hôtel du Département. Les prestations comprennent notamment : - la fourniture et l'installation des équipements ; - l'approvisionnement alimentaire ; - la gestion des stocks et des dates limites de consommation ; - la maintenance préventive et curative ; - la gestion des outils numériques et moyens de paiement ; - les prestations de reporting et de suivi d'activité ; - les actions de communication et d'animation auprès des agents. Dans le cadre de l'analyse des offres, une dégustation des produits est organisée le jeudi 3 septembre à 12h (cf. article 6 du RC).
