The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of machines: Logical unit no. 1 – New wheeled excavator intended for excavation, material handling and road maintenance – 1 piece New wheeled excavator intended for carrying out earthworks, excavation, loading, handling and auxiliary construction works in the maintenance of local roads, sidewalks and public spaces, with delivery to the seat of the contracting authority, with the relevant documents and papers intended for its proper use. Logical unit no. 2 – New tracked mini excavator with a cabin with three buckets and a hydraulic hammer - 1 piece New tracked mini excavator with three buckets and a hydraulic hammer. Equipment intended for excavation, demolition, material transfer for repairs of local roads, sidewalks and paved areas, with delivery to the seat of the contracting authority, with the relevant documents and papers intended for its proper use. Logical unit no. 3 – Flatbed van with a double cabin – 1 piece New commercial motor vehicle of category N1 with a double cabin for at least 7 persons and a flatbed superstructure with sideboards, intended for operational, maintenance and transport activities. The vehicle must be powered by a diesel engine with a minimum output of 110 kW (150 hp) and a minimum displacement of 1,900 cm³, with delivery to the seat of the contracting authority, with the relevant documents and papers intended for its proper use. A detailed description of the subject of the order, technical specification, technical parameters and functional requirements, as well as requirements for the delivery of relevant documents and papers related to the delivery of the subject of the order and requirements for related services are listed in the Description of the subject of the order for LC1, LC2, LC3. The contracting authority requires the delivery of goods to the designated location in the town of Poprad and the provision of warranty repairs throughout the entire warranty period for all three logical units. For LC1 and LC3, the work of service technicians and their transport for planned service inspections according to the manufacturer's regulations are included in the offer price for the entire warranty period. For LC2, planned service inspections, including work, transport, filters and engine and hydraulic oil, are included in the offer price for 3 years from the protocol acceptance or up to 1,500 operating hours after acceptance, whichever comes first. This does not limit the warranty of LC2 for 5 years or 4,000 operating hours after acceptance, whichever comes first. Operating fluids, filters and parts replaced during regular service inspections or due to normal wear and tear are not included in the purchase price for LC1 and LC3. The seller will inform the Buyer of their price in advance and will only carry out the replacement after its approval by the Buyer. For LC2, filters and engine and hydraulic oil are included in the price of planned inspections within the scope and period of 3 years or 1,500 operating hours mentioned above; warranty repairs remain at the Seller's expense for the entire warranty period. The costs of rectifying defects for which the supplier is responsible under warranty, including labor, transport, necessary parts and materials, are borne by the supplier. The bidder shall submit a Technical Data Sheet of the offered subject of the order LC 1 / LC 2 / LC 3 in the offer, by which they will declare compliance with the contracting authority's requirements for the technical specification and technical parameters of the subject of the order LC 1 / LC 2 / LC3.
