De aanpak isolatie van deze uitvraag richt zich op het Verduurzamen van grondgebonden koopwoningen van Eigenaar-bewoners in de deelnemende Gemeenten, door de beschikbare middelen (nu en mogelijk in de toekomst) te combineren in één aanpak.
Het realiseren van maximale verduurzamingsimpact bij grondgebonden koopwoningen, binnen de beschikbare middelen, expertise, tijd en capaciteit, waarbij eigenaar-bewoners zo volledig mogelijk worden ontzorgd bij het isoleren van hun woning.
