Original language: svDenna upphandling avser ett digitalt system som erbjuder en integrerad helhetslösning för lönehantering för en koncern med flera olika kollektivavtal och dotterbolag. Systemet ska omfatta funktionalitet för avvikelserapportering, reseräkningar, hantering av personaluppgifter, lönerevision samt övriga relevanta delar av det löneadministrativa flödet. Syftet med upphandlingen är att effektivisera, kvalitetssäkra och modernisera hela löne- och personaladministrativa processen genom ett sammanhållet, användarvänligt och skalbart systemstöd. Målet är att tillhandahålla en integrerad helhetslösning som: Underlättar för medarbetare att enkelt rapportera avvikelser, resor, tidrapportering och andra lönepåverkande händelser.Ger chefer ett effektivt och tillförlitligt stöd i det dagliga personalarbetet.Ökar graden av automatisering i administrativa processer för att frigöra tid för medarbetare, chefer och administratörer.
