De focussectoren zijn benoemd in onze Human Capital Agenda. Met de HCA hebben we een plan van aanpak op hoofdlijnen om de arbeidskrapte in onze regio te verkleinen. Voor een sterke arbeidsmarkt, nu en in de toekomst, hebben we keuzes gemaakt voor sectoren, doelgroepen en beroepen met onze activiteiten. Dit vormt de basis voor onze activiteiten in de komende jaren.
