Original language: FrenchL’accord-cadre porte sur l'organisation d'une formation de base néerlandophone pour les calltakers des Centres d'Information et de Communication (CIC) pour la Direction générale de la Sécurité civile du SPF Intérieur. Les calltakers des CIC (Centres d'Information et de Communication, également appelés les centrales d'urgence 101) ont besoin d'une formation de base solide, complète et structurée. Cette formation de base calltakers CIC (228 heures de cours au total) est divisée en 5 cours, à savoir : les principes fondamentaux de l'organisation judiciaire et policière (24 heures de cours) ; la communication (27 heures de cours) ; la prévention du suicide (12 heures de cours) ; les compétences sociales et techniques (87 heures de cours) ; la nomenclature des évènements et protocoles appliqués (78 heures de cours). Les objectifs de la formation sont les suivants : formation des nouveaux calltakers recrutés pour les CIC ; formation orientée sur l'aspect pratique du calltaking. L'organisation de la formation comprend : l'organisation pratique et l'exécution des cours ; le suivi administratif des élèves ; les stages d'observation, etc. L’estimation maximum des services à prester par an est l’organisation de 3 formations de base néerlandophones.
