Die Rettungsmittel (NEF) samt nichtärztlichem Personal und die medizinische Ausstattung der Notärzte sowie die Unterbringung der NA während des Dienstes, werden durch die vom Landkreis Göttingen nach § 5 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 NRettDG mit der Durchführung von Leistungen des Rettungsdienstes Beauftragten bereitgestellt und sind damit nicht Teil der vom Leistungserbringer geschuldeten Leistung.
