Lot 1: Evidence preservation

To implement the flood protection measures on the Pleiße river in the town of Gößnitz and the associated structural implementation in the respective construction phases, evidence preservation must be carried out. In the vicinity of the planned construction measures, there are existing structures. During construction, these can be affected by the interactions of the construction technology used with the subsoil, which can lead to damage to neighboring buildings or adjacent structures, even with great care in planning and execution. It is necessary to carry out an evidence preservation procedure on the adjacent building stock and other "third-party" structures to credibly determine the current condition, especially considering existing damage. This is intended to enable the assessment of any claims and damages that may arise from the owners, "third parties," affected by the impact area of the construction project, and to exclude them if necessary. An evidence preservation report, which considers the specific impacts of the planned construction measures, must be prepared.
