Die Beauftragung zur Überlassung der unter diesem Vertrag erbrachten Leistungen erfolgt grundsätzlich durch die Bundesdruckerei GmbH. Neben der Bundesdruckerei GmbH kann der Abruf in Ausnahmefällen auch durch sekundäre Auftraggeber erfolgen. Diese umfassen die mit der Bundesdruckerei Gruppe GmbH beziehungsweise deren Tochterunternehmen gemäß §§ 15 ff. AktG verbundenen Unternehmen gemäß Anlage "II.11 Anl10 Verbundene Unternehmen i.S.d. § 15 AktG" zu diesem Vertrag ("sekundäre Auftraggeber") und solche Unternehmen, die aus diesen Unternehmen hervorgehen.
