Der Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis hat als Leistungsangebot der Eingliederungshilfe zur Sozialen Teilhabe (Pflichtleistung) einen Fahrdienst für Menschen mit Behinderung eingerichtet (§ 113 Abs.2 Nr. 7 i.V.m. § 83 Abs.1 Nr.1 SGB IX).
