1. Die Ortsgemeinde Reichenbach-Steegen beabsichtigt die umfassende Sanierung und Modernisierung des bestehenden Kindergartens sowie die Errichtung eines Erweiterungsanbaus. Hierfür sollen Architekturleistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude vergeben werden 2. Der bestehende Kindergarten soll an die aktuellen Anforderungen hinsichtlich Funktionalität, Pädagogik, Energieeffizienz, Barrierefreiheit und Brandschutz angepasst werden. Darüber hinaus ist die Planung eines Erweiterungsbaus vorgesehen, um zusätzliche Betreuungs- und Funktionsflächen zu schaffen und den zukünftigen Bedarf der Einrichtung abzudecken. 3. Der Auftrag umfasst die erforderlichen Planungsleistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude gemäß §§ 33 ff.
