Lot 1 Framework Agreement for Services for the Further Development of the MoeVe Procedure

ITZBund requires external support in the further development, maintenance, and servicing of specialized procedures, as well as testing and quality assurance. This will be carried out in close cooperation with ITZBund, the specialist department, and external interface participants. Emphasis is placed on efficient and timely work according to the specifications of ITZBund (regarding procedures, processes, methods, documentation, and tools to be used, among others). The services that can be called off under the framework agreement are divided into specialized and overarching services. Specialized services are explicitly commissioned by ITZBund via individual calls. Overarching services are not explicitly commissioned by ITZBund but must be provided by the contractor as part of every individual call. • Lot 1 describes the further development of the MoeVe backend and the implementation of functional requirements in the area of energy and electricity tax. • Lot 2 deals with the replacement and integration of existing specialized procedures in the area of excise duties and consumption taxes into the MoeVe platform. • Lot 3 contains the overarching tasks for testing and quality assurance and ensures that the projects implemented in Lots 1 and 2 are consistently integrated and quality-assured. This procedure includes the specialized lot "Lot 1 - MoeVe Backend Processing + Electricity and Energy Tax" (of a total of three specialized lots).
