Im Jahr 2020 wurden eine bautechnische und zeichnerische Bestandsaufnahme durchgeführt sowie Gutachten zu Holzschutz, Baugrund, Schadstoffen und eine restauratorische Untersuchung durchgeführt. Auf dieser Grundlage erfolgten daraufhin die Vorplanung, die Entwurfsplanung sowie die Genehmigungsplanung für die geplante Teilunterkellerung des Hauses Seedorn. Im Bereich der Fachplanungen wurden ein statisches Sanierungskonzept sowie eine TGA-Planung im Vorplanungsstand erarbeitet. Die bisher erbrachten Planungsleistungen sind Grundlage der Fortführung der Baumaßnahme. Es ist die Planung der Technische Ausrüstung ab LPH 3 auf Grundlage des vorhan-denen Sanierungskonzepts zu erarbeiten. Dafür sind die Grundleistungen ab der Leistungsphase 3 bis zur Leistungsphase 9 gem. § 55 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 15.1 zur HOAI zu erbringen. Die haustechnischen Anlagen müssen komplett erneuert werden, wobei teilweise historische Bauteile (Lichtschalter, Lampen, Heizkörper etc.) zu integrieren sind. Im Los 3 werden die Anlagengruppe 1 und 2 gem. § 53 HOAI beauftragt, Planungsleistungen für die Anlagengruppe 3 sind nicht zu erbringen.
