Original language: German(1) Der Auftraggeber beauftragt den Auftragnehmer mit der Erbringung von Bauleistungen für das Los 1.1 Gas/Wasser West gemäß dem ALV 2027 (Anlage 3.1) Gewerke 01, 02 (ohne 02.06, 02.08, 02.09, 02.10), 03, 06 und 09, gemäß der ZTV 2027 (Anlage 3.2) und gemäß den Ergänzenden Vertragsbedingungen (Anlage 3.3). (2) Es werden innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit voraussichtlich Leistungen im Auftragswert von ca. 9.000.000, -€ (Schätzwert) abgerufen. (3) Es werden innerhalb der Vertragslaufzeit jedoch mindestens Leistungen im Auftragswert von 6.300.000, -€ abgerufen (Mindestmenge). (4) Der Vertrag ist begrenzt auf einen Auftragswert von 11.700.000, -€. Sobald dieser erreicht wird, endet der Vertrag automatisch gem. § 12. (5) Der Auftragnehmer hat einen Anspruch auf Übertragung von Leistungen im Auftragswert der unter § 1 Abs. 3 genannten Höhe. Auf darüberhinausgehende Leistungen besteht kein Anspruch. Vertragslaufzeit und Kündigung - Los 1.1 Gas/Wasser West Dieser Rahmenvertrag tritt am 01.03.2027 in Kraft und wird für eine Laufzeit von 3 Jahren geschlossen. Das Recht zur außerordentlichen Kündigung bleibt unberührt. Der Vertrag endet automatisch, ohne dass es einer Kündigungserklärung seitens des Auftraggebers bedarf, sobald die Auftragssumme von 11.700.000, -€ netto erreicht ist. !!!! Achtung: Die Angebote sowie zu jedem Los eingereichte Unterlagen müssen separat pro Los hochgeladen werden. !!!! !!!_Achtung_!!! Jeder Bieter kann nur ein Los gewinnen. Dabei gilt ein Angebot, dass ein Bieter als Mitglied einer Bietergemeinschaft abgibt, ebenfalls als eigenes Gebot dieses Bieters.
