Original language: FrenchLa branche de La Poste « BGPN » (Branche Grand Public et Numérique) assure la commercialisation de l’offre de produits et services des métiers de La Poste (Courrier, Colis, Banque Postale), de partenaires commerciaux, et la distribution de services de proximité. A ce titre, les bureaux de poste sont dotés de coffres-forts, permettant la sécurisation des fonds. Le marché a pour objet la fourniture et l’installation de coffres-forts avec serrures électroniques en back office (zone arrière) des bureaux de poste. L’attributaire devra fournir différentes typologies de coffres, et notamment, un coffre principal dans la caisse, un coffre de transfert pour la livraison des fonds, un coffre de dépôt pour la mise en sûrement des fonds après la livraison, un coffre relais temporisé avec entrée tirelire pour sécuriser les fonds déposés par les clients pour la journée. La serrure électronique devra être proposée pour l’ensemble des coffres-forts. Outre la fourniture des coffres-forts précités, l’attributaire devra pourvoir réaliser les prestations associées suivantes : • La livraison, l’installation et le scellement des coffres-forts • La maintenance des coffres pendant et après la garantie (hotline, fourniture de pièces détachées, réparations, …) • Le retrait de coffres-forts existants • Le stockage ou le recyclage de coffres-forts retirés • La réinstallation de coffres retirés et stockés pour les installer dans un nouveau bureau • La formation à l'utilisation et la maintenance. La fourniture des coffres-forts et l’ensemble des prestations associées seront pour l’ensemble du territoire français, y compris la Corse et les DROM. Sans que cela n'engage La Poste, le volume de coffres commandé annuellement est estimé à 350 coffres. Le montant maximum de l’accord-cadre est fixé à 9 000 000 euros HT, sur la durée totale de l’accord-cadre, périodes de reconduction comprises. Le nombre d’attributaires envisagé pour ce lot est de : 1 attributaire. La durée de validité de l'offre doit être d'un an. Les échanges écrits et oraux du projet seront réalisés exclusivement en français.
