Original language: FrenchLe présent lot a pour objet la location de blocs sanitaires et prestations annexes pour le festival Toros y Salsa. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre attribué à un maximum de 3 opérateurs économiques. les 3 titulaires se verront attribuer les bons de commande dans les conditions suivantes : Les bons de commandes seront adressés et attribués, selon la méthode dite en cascade, aux titulaires en fonction de l'ordre de leur classement issu de l’analyse des offres. La méthode dite « en cascade », consiste à faire appel, en priorité, au titulaire ayant présenté l’offre économiquement la plus avantageuse. L'accord-cadre est passé pour un montant maximum de 18 000 € HT par période.
