LOT 1 - Aspirator robotizat cu inteligenta artificiala Pe durata acordului cadru, autoritatea contractantă estimează că se vor încheia 2 contracte subsecvente, dar autoritatea contractantă își rezervă dreptul de a încheia mai multe sau mai puține contracte subsecvente, în funcție de necesități, Asa cum rezulta din dispoziţiile art. 20 lit. f) din HG nr. 395/2016 pentru aprobarea Normelor metodologice de aplicare a prevederilor referitoare la atribuirea contractului de achiziţie publica/acordului-cadru din Legea nr. 98/2016, cu modificările si completările ulterioare: - Valoarea celui mai mic contract subsecvent, estimat: 276.300,00 lei fara TVA; - Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent, estimat: 552.600,00 lei fara TVA; - Valoare minimă acord cadru, estimat: 828.900,00 lei fara TVA; - Valoare maximă acord cadru, estimat: 921.000,00 lei fara TVA. Cantitatile minime si maxime care au stat la baza estimarii valorii estimate pentru procedura de atribuire a acordului cadru sunt anexate la prezenta documentatie de atribuire. Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va realiza fără reluarea competiției, în baza acordului-cadru încheiat, prin aplicarea condițiilor și termenilor stabiliți în cadrul acestuia, către operatorul economic clasat pe primul loc în urma evaluării ofertelor, conform criteriului de atribuire prevăzut în documentația de atribuire.
