Le présent Marché concerne la collecte de verre creux d'origine ménagère en deux couleurs par apport volontaires dans des bulles hors-sol et en conteneurs enterrés dans les communes reprises en annexe C (« Marché »). Cette prestation de services s'inscrit dans l'obligation de reprise des déchets d'emballages ménagers par Fost Plus conformément à l’Accord de Coopération. A cette fin, le pouvoir adjudicateur a conclu un contrat avec Fost Plus, l'organisme agréé pour les déchets d'emballages ménagers.
