Le présent marché concerne le lot 1 "Ile-de-France" et porte sur la mise en place d'un accord-cadre pour la réalisation de diagnostics amiante, plomb et immobiliers par un organisme habilité dont le détail des missions est repris ci-dessous : - Repérage Amiante Liste A et B et Dossier Technique Amiante (DTA), - Repérage Amiante Avant Travaux ou Démolition, - Prélèvement de matériaux pour analyse en laboratoire accrédité, - Contrôle/Examen Visuel Après Travaux, - Mesure d’Empoussièrement, - Diagnostic Avant-Vente - Missions RADON - Repérage Plomb Avant Travaux Ces prestations ont pour objectifs : - D’assurer la conformité obligatoire des bâtiments et ouvrages par rapport à la réglementation, - De pouvoir le justifier auprès des organismes officiels (préfectures, inspection du travail, CARSAT...), - De respecter les obligations du propriétaire, - D’évaluer et de prévenir les risques pour la sécurité et la santé des occupants, - La protection des intervenants dans leur environnement de travail, Ces diagnostics sont réalisés pour des bâtiments, des ouvrages d’art métalliques, des ouvrages d'art, des canalisations, des réseaux, des stations-services, des revêtements routiers et des équipements industriels.
