Ces prestations de contrôle sont faites à partir de fiches d’opérations standardisées nécessitant la réalisation d’un contrôle avant dépôt dans le cadre des exigences règlementaires du dispositif CEE pour la 6éme Période (2026 - 2030). Ces prestations concerneront les travaux réalisés en France Métropolitaine (Hors Corse) sur le marché des clients particuliers, et personnes morales (Bailleurs et Entreprises), au bénéfice des ménages en situation de précarité énergétique ou non. Chaque contrôle fera l’objet d’un rapport réalisé par l’organisme de contrôle (accrédité COFRAC) sur des critères quantitatifs et qualitatifs basée sur une méthode d’échantillonnage. Une synthèse des contrôles menés sur les opérations d’un dossier de demande sera réalisée par l’organisme de contrôle, avec la précision des mesures correctives pour les contrôles non satisfaisants, conformément au cahier des charges. Cet accord cadre sans engagement est prévu pour une durée de 8 ans renouvelable : 5 ans fermes et 3 ans renouvelables.
