Grupa 02 – 4 trasee 005 Baraolt - Aita Medie - Sfântu Gheorghe 006 Filia - Hăghig - Sfântu Gheorghe 007 Vârghiș - Aita Mare - Sfântu Gheorghe 008 Baraolt - Vâlcele - Sfântu Gheorghe Valoarea totală estimată fără TVA: intervalul între 22.102.388,79 și 24.312.627,67 RON Sumele indicate nu includ TVA. Valoarea estimată a achiziției reprezintă valoarea totală a Contractului care rezultă din această procedură pe întreaga sa durată. Entitatea Contractantă își rezervă dreptul de a suplimenta, în condițiile legislației din materia achizițiilor sectoriale, cantitatea serviciilor, fără organizarea unei noi proceduri de atribuire, în situația în care devine necesară prelungirea de trasee, introducerea de curse suplimentare sau noi stații. Se ia în considerare posibilitatea modificării contractului cu maxim 10% a rulajului estimat, în conformitate cu art. 14 și art. 241 din Legea nr. 99/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare, art. 17 alin. (1) lit. c) și art. 27 alin. (1) lit. a) din Legea nr. 92/2007 cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Valoarea minimă reprezintă valoarea estimată a viitorului contract, la care se va raporta evaluarea ofertelor iar valoarea maximă reprezintă valoarea estimată a viitorului contract la care s-a adăugat valoarea posibilelor suplimentări.
