La présente consultation a pour objet les travaux de réalisation matérielle et technique de l'oeuvre murale monumentale de l'artiste Franck SCURTI, dans la station LABÈGE MADRON (LMA) de la Connexion Ligne B (CLB) du métro toulousain. Il s'agit d'un marché de travaux au sens de l'article L. 1111-2 du Code de la commande publique. L'oeuvre consiste en une peinture murale représentant des nuages blancs et colorés sur fond bleu monochrome (RAL Design KLARBLAU 240 60 40), accompagnée de numérotations fictives rapportées composées de chiffres et d'un « N° ».
