Original language: FrenchLe marché est divisé en sept lots. Le soumissionnaire est tenu de fournir une offre pour l’ensemble des lots. Les lots sont évalués dans leur ensemble. L’adjudicateur attribue le marché pour l’ensemble des lots. En l’état, transN envisage une acquisition en 7 lots organisés comme indiqué dans le document « P01 – Informations relatives à la procédure d’appel d’offres ». TransN se réserve cependant la possibilité de déroger à cette organisation y compris en réduisant ou augmentant la quantité de véhicules pour certains lots. Les caractéristiques et prix communiqués doivent suivre les indications des documents « P15 – Convention sur la série de prix » et « P16 – Série de prix (détail) ». L’offre est construite comme un contrat cadre, dans lequel les bus peuvent être commandés (en tout ou en partie) en différents lots pendant une durée de 5 ans à partir de la date d’adjudication.
