L'objectif du lot 1 est d'assurer le rôle de guichet unique pour prendre en compte toutes les demandes entrantes, initialiser les tickets correspondants au sein de l'ITSM, les qualifier et les traiter au niveau 1 ou, le cas échéant, les escalader vers le niveau 2 du même lot, ou vers le titulaire des lots 2 ou 3 selon la thématique à adresser. A noter que ce lot est également en interaction avec le titulaire du lot 4 qu'il sollicite dès lors qu'un équipement de son périmètre est à livrer sur un site de la Région Grand Est. Ce lot se complète également d'une prestation de gestion du parc informatique de proximité et des postes de travail en EPLE. La valeur estimée du lot correspond au montant maximum contractuel, reconductions éventuelles comprises
