Original language: SpanishCon este lote se pretende la realización de la limpieza y conservación de las áreas verdes públicas y el arbolado en general del Municipio de Móstoles, así como la limpieza y mantenimiento de las zonas verdes públicas, y las zonas ajardinadas de los patios de los colegios públicos y demás edificios de mantenimiento municipal mediante la percepción de un precio anual. Además, también se pretende la realización de trabajos de remodelación, renovación y adecuación de zonas degradadas, o servicios no incluidos en el precio anual, en las zonas verdes, que se realizarán por valoración de obra y previa aprobación de los proyectos correspondientes, si fuese necesario, por la Junta de Gobierno Local. El ámbito del contrato viene delimitado en los anexos del Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas (a partir de ahora PPT).
