Los productos de ultramarinos que se suministren deberán ajustarse a lo establecido en el Código Alimentario Español y la normativa que lo desarrolle. 2. Deberán cumplir en materia de etiquetado lo establecido en la Norma General de etiquetado, presentación y publicidad de los productos alimenticios envasados. 3. Todos los productos incluidos en este lote tienen que ser de una calidad contrastada en el mercado. 4. Es de obligado cumplimiento la entrega y colocación de todos los productos por el personal de la empresa adjudicataria, en los lugares indicados por el responsable del contrato, así como con sus propios medios.
