Il lotto 1 ha ad oggetto: a) il servizio di accesso ad Internet della rete informatica del SGPR, presso il Palazzo del Quirinale; b) il servizio di accesso ad Internet della Tenuta di Castelporziano Infernetto; c) il servizio di interconnessione punto-punto di tipologia Ethernet L2 tra il Palazzo del Quirinale e la Tenuta di Castelporziano Infernetto; d) il servizio di interconnessione punto-punto di tipologia L2 tra il Palazzo del Quirinale e Villa Rosebery; e) il servizio di accesso ad Internet per la rete interna WIFI presso il Palazzo del Quirinale; f) l’installazione, su richiesta, di massimo 26 singoli impianti per il servizio di accesso ad Internet su sedi esterne di cui, fino a 18 impianti fissi con indirizzo all’interno del comune di Roma e fino a 6 impianti fissi e 2 impianti temporanei con indirizzo all’interno del territorio nazionale; g) il servizio di assistenza tecnica sugli apparati e sulle linee di accesso ad Internet, comprensivo del servizio di supporto telefonico; h) il servizio di DDoS Mitigation per la protezione dei servizi esposti attraverso gli indirizzi IP dell’AS assegnato alla Presidenza della Repubblica da possibili attacchi di tipo Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) per quanto indicato ai punti a) e b).
