Acordarea gratuită pentru prescolarii din gradinitele cu program normal de 4 ore de stat autorizate/acreditate si pentru elevii din invatamantul primar si gimnazial de stat de produse de panificație in limita unei valori zilnice/prescolar/elev. Limita valorica zilnica cuprinde pretul integral de achizitie a produselor, cheltuielile de transport, distributie si depozitare a acestora, dupa caz. Acordul-cadru va cuprinde câte 1 contract subsecvent pe an școlar pentru Lotul 1: Produse de panificație si 3 contracte subsecvente pe intreaga perioada a acordului-cadru de 3 ani. Calendarul estimativ nu constituie angajament ferm din partea autoritatii contractante. Estimari ale cantit min si max care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata intregului acord-cadru: cantit min = 37.250.200 buc si cantit max = 40.974.919 buc. Acord-cadru: Valoare min: 24.457.621,70 lei; Valoare max: 26.903.179,22 lei.
