The executive office of housing is seeking a qualified professional consultant to provide assistance and strategic guidance on improvements to the state of RIโs qualified allocation plan (QAP) for the federal low-income housing tax (LIHTC) program, as well as updates to the state LIHTC program. The consultant will apply national best practices to better align these programs with the stateโs housing goals.
