Muswellbrook Shire Council (the Principal) invites suitably qualified Contractors to tender for the Loxton House Refurbishment and Conservation Works at 142–144 Bridge Street, Muswellbrook, New South Wales. Loxton House is a State Heritage listed building. The project involves the comprehensive refurbishment of the existing three-level heritage building to facilitate its adaptive reuse as a mixed-use commercial facility comprising: a restaurant within the Lower Ground Floor; commercial office tenancies on the Ground Floor; commercial office tenancy on Level 1; and associated amenities and supporting building services.
