Learning game – conversation with children and young people about difficult topics

RVTS Øst, part of the Pilar foundation, will enter into an agreement with one supplier for the transfer, further development, and operation of the electronic learning game at snakkemedbarn.no. The learning game is avatar-based and is used for training in difficult conversations with children and young people about, among other things, violence, abuse, mental health, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. The target audience is employees in schools, kindergartens, health stations, child welfare services, PPT, and others who encounter children and young people in vulnerable situations. The procurement includes the transfer of existing professional content and data to the supplier's solution during an establishment phase, operation, maintenance, and user support, further development of existing content and avatars, as well as development of new avatars and scenarios upon request. The contracting authority places the greatest emphasis on professional quality, pedagogical accuracy, learning effect, and control over avatar behavior. Content and data must be structured and reusable regardless of the supplier. The agreement is based on SSA-L, and the procurement is not divided into subcontracts.
